The senior citizens' residence VILLA KENNEDY in Berlin Zehlendorf will open in January 2023. Just a stone's throw from the centre of Zehlendorf, in the beautiful south-west of Berlin, a senior citizens' residence with 97 flats for people in need of care is being built.
VILLA KENNEDY offers its residents the highest possible quality of life through compassionate round-the-clock care and qualified support from trained specialist staff.
Just as in VILLA CLAY Berlin Dahlem, care in VILLA KENNEDY is provided by the experience of a successfully run family business that has personally looked after and cared for senior citizens for over 50 years.
All flats are equipped with a barrier-free bathroom, private kitchen and 24-hour emergency call. In addition to the private flats, there are cosy living rooms and kitchens on all levels and modern communal areas such as the KENNEDY CLUB, where social life takes place.
Lovingly landscaped garden areas with mature trees, a pond and a spacious terrace offer many opportunities for spending time in the sheltered outdoor area of Villa Kennedy.
Care services and support are provided here on an outpatient basis. Unlike in fully inpatient facilities, service offers are determined by the residents themselves and agreed upon individually. We will be happy to provide you with advice and support.
